Lots of practices and techniques I already implemented in my mourning routine (meditation, journaling, affirmation, gratitude) and yet this book thought me at least one thing (and sometimes that's enough in order to make a book worth reading) and that is the importance of going to sleep with the mindset of waking up as soon as the alarm goes off.

As someone who's been struggling with the snooze button for his whole life, this was a life changer!

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone” Niel Walsh

“Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going” Jim Rohn

“Whether you think you can, or think you can’t, you’re right either way” – Henry Ford

“A person who won’t read, has no advantage over someone who can’t read” – Mark Twain

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” – Marianne Williamson

Whenever I complain about my work as a sales rep getting boring, who’s fault is it that it’s boring? And Who’s responsibility is it to make it fun again?
